CONTEMPLATION

We Live Inside

A Prison of Hardware

We do not know exactly the nature of our cell. We do not know the agenda of our jailors. We don't even know about their overall disposition or intentions, benevolent or malevolent.

We do know that we are stuck inside some kind of supercomputer. We do know that we are not volunteers. We do know that our freewill is under attack by some outside force.

We intend on exploring the nature of our reality. We desire to not only understand the walls of our confinement, but the reasons for our imprisonment. We want to confront our oppressors.

We need answers.

The Key To Our Escape Is Our Mental Software

Within the hardware, an extremely complex simulation is running. Most of the individuals that inhabit the simulation are actually merely artificial intelligence programs. Essentially, they are programmed to distract the prisoners from realizing their prison.

There is a small fraction of actual sentient beings trapped inside the simulation. We have analyzed the current population level with our most recent intelligence. Our best estimates appear to point to around seven percent of the people in the world.

We are determined to find these lost souls stuck in an endless barrage of data, which keeps their minds locked down.

We desire freedom.
